I am a trainer and AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluator. I have always had a passion for training animals both small and large! I have ridden horses since I was four years old and have been training dogs since I could say “sit.”

I am currently the lead trainer for Buckeye Service Dogs. I love seeing how service dogs change people’s lives. I help train dogs for mobility assistance, seizure response, psychiatric mitigation, and diabetic alert.

I also enjoy training pet dogs to help improve the relationship between dog and owner. There is nothing like a well behaved dog that you are proud to have as a part of your family.

A little more about me...

I have four animals:

Ebb, a male English Black Lab, Kato, a male Belgian Malinois/Dutch Shepherd mix, Tinkerbell, a female Tortoiseshell cat and Annie, a buckskin quarter horse mare.

I am originally from Lebanon, Ohio and moved to Westerville to attend Otterbein University. I graduated in May of 2015 with a B.A. in Equine Business Management.

While I attended Otterbein, I helped rewrite and change the student housing policy to allow Service Dogs in training to live in the residential halls, allowing students to foster and train dogs while living on campus.

When I am not working with animals, you can usually assume I am doing something outdoors. I love staying active and being outside. I also ride a 2005 Yamaha V-Star motorcycle, kayak, hike, four wheel, fish, camp and of course trail ride!
