New Client Evaluation
Required before booking advanced or multi-session packages.
Service Description
Our New Client In-Home Evaluation & Initial Lesson focuses on teaching you how to appropriately communicate with your dog. Together, we will troubleshoot immediate behavioral challenges, lay down the foundations for strong, positive communication, and establish the fair boundaries your dog needs to thrive in your home. Following this initial session, we will map out a customized multi-session package tailored to your long-term goals. ___________________________________________________________________________ 🔒 Booking Policy: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required online to lock in your date. The remaining $100 balance + any out-of-zone mileage fees (for locations over 12 miles from Lebanon, OH) will be sent via a secure QuickBooks invoice and must be paid at least 24 hours prior to our session.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. For services requiring an online deposit (such as our New Client Evaluation), this deposit is non-refundable. If you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit will may be transferred to a new date. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
